Drawing on nearly 25 years of experience

Harris Glubb was established by Managing Director Mark Glubb in 2017 with the promise to be different to other recruitment firms in the marketplace. Mark had previously spent 17 years working at a major tax recruitment company where he headed up the Private Practice and Private Banking recruitment team operating across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He hired talent from Senior Manager through to Partner and this first-hand experience allowed him to build an extensive strategic knowledge of his clients and market trends as well as insights into the key movers and shakers within these businesses.

Promising an open and honest service

We’re a London-based boutique tax recruitment company that appreciates the uniqueness of each and every business and candidate. Although we're situated in London, we're not London-centric - with our team working with businesses and individuals across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. For us it’s about hiring the right people for the right positions and our clients and candidates, some of whom have known us for many years, value our attentive people-first approach which continually caters to their specific requirements. Our team possesses extensive experience of recruiting tax and technology professionals for Professional Services firms and commercial organisations, and our black book of contacts regularly benefits those we partner with.
