This international firm of accountants is currently experiencing impressive growth in transactions and is looking for an M&A specialist to come in as a director and work as part of the leadership team to further build capability in the market.
The role offers a great mix of: interesting technical and project management; working closely with colleagues in Transaction Support to target new clients and build market share; input into and delivery of the agreed strategy for the business; building a team and mentoring less experienced staff.
To be considered you will be an existing senior manager/director (with M&A experience PE) either from an accounting or law firm who is focused on building a partner case.
