We are currently working with a market leading Top 10 Firm who are currently experiencing a very strong period of growth within the Corporate M&A and PE Tax team and are looking for a number of individuals to join their London office.
The team are heavily involved in advisory work towards an impressive range of clients, dealing with the end-to-end deal lifecycle. This role will allow someone to work closely with clients closely and take responsibility for leading deals. The team typically work on deal sizes ranging from £5m to over £100m. This is an amazing opportunity to be joining this team offering unrivalled opportunity for progression.
The ideal candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified, have a strong transactions tax background gained either from a Big 4, Top 10 or Law Firm or from a corporate tax background who is keen to make a move into this particular area.
