This client has continued to build strongly through the pandemic and has ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years. As part of this strategy it is looking to hire a funds tax partner to take leadership of and responsibility for building the firm’s offering to the wider funds market. Working closely with tax technology, deals and private client specialists you will develop an integrated offering to the core and portfolio company market.
This is a core part of the firm’s growth strategy and there is buy in and financial support from the wider leadership to make this work. Operating in an entrepreneurial environment you will devise and own the strategy and benefit from a nimble support structure that can adapt quickly to changing trends and client needs.
The right person will have experience of offering tax advice to either PE houses or hedge funds at either partner or director level and be looking for an environment where your rewards more closely match your market success. Previous evidence of building business is essential as well as the confidence to inspire others with your vision.
Salary: Dependent on level but competitive with the Big 4.
